About MMC EIS Fund

The MMC EIS Fund invests in dynamic, early-stage technology companies, across a range of sectors, including consumer retail, enterprise software and financial services. The portfolio size is around 10 companies and the minimum subscription is £25,000. It is an ‘evergreen’ fund.

The investment objective is significant capital growth, targeting a return of two-three times investment, on each portfolio. Investors have exposure to new MMC investments, for increased risk diversification. Exits are expected from year four.

MMC Ventures is a research-led, venture-capital fund investing exclusively in early-stage, high-growth technology companies. It has invested in more than 60 of these businesses since 2000 and invests £40-50m each year.
